The Power of Yoga

​Yoga is a mind-body discipline and a self-awareness-enhancing practise. Most people begin with a purely bodily awareness of their muscles, bones, and neurological system in its present state. The practitioner of yoga eventually starts their path toward learning how to employ the practises of this age-old discipline of movement, stillness, and breathing as well as why their body reacts the way it does.
 
You'll find that Collette mixes postures, movement, and breath work from her experiences and practises in Ashtanga, vinyasa, and power yoga, mobility movement exercises, and meditation. There are many distinct yoga styles and sub-disciplines, each with its own focus and objectives.
